Shipping
We send everything with NZ Post, tracked. Orders placed before 1pm on a weekday go out the same day.

Returns
You’ve got 30 days to send something back, as long as it’s unworn with the tags still on. Swapping for a different size is free: we’ll send the new one out as soon as yours is on its way back.
For a refund, email us your order number and we’ll send a return label. Refunds go back to your card within 5 working days of us getting the item.
Size guide
Measure around the fullest part of your chest and the narrowest part of your waist. If you’re between sizes, go up for a looser fit.

Helmets: S fits 52–55cm, M fits 55–58cm, L fits 58–61cm, measured around your head just above your eyebrows.
Questions
Can I try things on before I buy?
Yes. Everything online is in the shop on Hardy Street. If you’re not local, order two sizes and send back the one that doesn’t fit.
What does 15,000mm waterproof mean?
It’s how much water pressure the fabric can take before it leaks. 10,000mm is fine for most days, and 15,000mm or more is better for wet South Island snow.
Do you do gift vouchers?
Yes, for any amount. Pop in to the shop or give us a call and we’ll post one out.
Do you hire gear?
We don’t hire, but Rainbow has a hire shop at the base building. We can get your own gear ready with a service.
